Bad circulation?

I'm only 17 but my hands and feet are almost permanently cold. Gloves don't warm them up - only skin to skin contact or sitting on my hands can make them warm. I've heard this is a sign of bad circulation but after looking on the internet all that's come up is BAD CIRCULATION CAN LEAD TO STROKES AND HEART ATTACKS AND MUST BE TREATED. The causes seem to be bad diet and not exercising but I eat healthily and regularly exercise. Do I still have to go and have it checked out?

this seems a possibility I do have it but am much older than you and it can even strike in the summer months but please ask your GP this is not the place for a diagnosis.

Take care Mamya x
It sounds very like raynaud's, but you need to get your GP to sort a proper consultation and diagnosos for you. If it is raynaud's the only real cure is to live in a nice hot place. I'm sure this is available on the NHS!
Doesn't sound like Raynaud's Phenomenon.
See yopur GP for further evaluation so other disordes can mimic Raynauds.
I think that you're a little over concerned.
I think people just have general bad circulation.
I know I have absolutely freezing hands, feet and nose.
But I don't believe it has a massive affect.
