I have pins and needles which start in by back go through my hip down my left leg and "Bunch-up" under my foot, it feels like my sock is bunched up under my foot. Has anyone any idea what this could be and how I can stop it?

This is a symptom, not a specific problem.

Could be a trapped nerve - see your GP
May be worth getting a blood test done for glucose; pins and needles is a symptom of type 2 diabetes. I was totally unaware I had it yet a routine test showed up as 8.6 (normal is 3-6)
Do you have back pain aswell? Does it happen if you sit down too long? If this is the case you may have siatica. Definatley worth asking a doctor. It sounds a lot like it and i had it once. Hope i gave you some advice.
I had this for three years I think you may have a slipped disk
