I used a Casting dye yesterday but don't like the colour. It's only a semi-permanent and washes out in 24 washes. Is it safe to use another dye over the top ( a similar type) or should I wait until it's washed out some more?

Hi Scarlet , my daughter did this and a hairdresser said its ok to use another dye to go over it , my daughters turned an orangey colour which she didnt like as it was really vibrant and made her looked washedout ..so another colour was used ( mid brown ) and it turned out well.

Thanks! That makes me feel a lot better!x
try using Head and Shoulders on dry hair for 45 mins, rinse then use it again for another 45 mins, then shampoo off, and that should remove most of the dye or all of it.
ive used dye on top of dye many a time and i have never had any problems.my hair hasnt fallen out..........yet !
I agree, Head and Shoulders, or washing up liquid and plenty of conditioner. It will fade in time though.
