Yes- book a holiday abroad somewhere exotic. Why should you go to the exense of throwing a big party for relatives, that if you were honest, you dont even like half of.

Or is that just me?
Book yourself into a spa and have a lovely pampering weekend.

That'd be my idea of heaven....

An exotic beach, alcoholic c0cktails, my Ipod and a stack of books.
Take your best friend with you, or sister, or I'll come if no one else can. :-)
LOL at B00 - it's my friends in August and mine in October so we're planning a mid session in September and we're all (ladies that we work with) are going to watch the Full Monty Stage Show - apparently we see the lot!!! Come along if you're near Derby...

There are some gorgeous ones in Surrey. The last one I went to was the Nuttfield Priory. Lovely rooms, wonderful food and great spa facilities.

In LONDON!! How very rude - had my last project in London Monday...
Yes agreed, the spa weekend, but make sure you stipulate beforehand that when you get there there will be none of that dieting or exercise malarky- you just want the good stuff happening that you don't have to move much for- oh and a takeaway close by (just incase they serve nowt but carrot sticks all weekend)
