Hello has anyone made the free slimming world ice cream, with 2 mullerlights 500g of low fat fromage frais and sweetners?

im thinking of making some but if its not that nice i wont bother!!

anyone else on the slimming world? and has sucess? im about 4 stone overweight have been for about 5 years now :o(
i lost 2 stone on it a few years ago but didnt keep it up so back on it now and loving it!!

i do the green days mostly, i love vegetable chilli and slimming world chips! vegetable lasagne and quorn spag bol!

got about 4 stone to lose only this time round ive joined the gym! loving it!! xx
