Hair dye root touch in black?

I got a free Toni and Guy hair colour a couple of months ago but my roots are coming through (with a few dreaded greys - arggghhh!) and I can't afford salon prices. They used three different colours - from jet back at the roots to pillar box red at the ends, which I love. But I can't find a hair dye 'touch up' in black. Anyone know of a brand that does this? I don't want to dye the whole lot and trying to get into the roots without a ready-to-use product seems like something I'd not be capable of!

TIA

When i need to dye my roots i buy a box of permanent hair dye and just use half, i mix half the contentents in a small bowl and touch up my roots, i save the other half until i need it next time. As long as its not mixed you can keep the other half for months
Ask goodsoulette. I believe she is what is commonly known as a "rock chick" and dies her hair as black as your hat.

If she does not know the answer, then God only knows.
