Hey Guys

I have an absolutely stinking cold (as I am sure, everyone has in Country)!! I have not had caffeine in my diet now for a number of years and feel fantastic for not having it too!

However, most cold and flu remedies have got caffeine in them, I have had a lemsip today and feel even more dreadful than before because of the horrid stimuli that I have subjected my body to.

Is there any cold and flu remedies out there that DONT contain caffeine?

Any feedback (including sympathy, and yes, I am a female) would be appreciated.

Get something from a health shop. I always get CUT-A- COUGH which I find is very good.
There's no caffeine in Lemsip
The works doctor once told me if you treat a cold it lasts 7 days - if you don't it lasts a week! Paracetomol and honey and lemon drink to ease the syptoms, bit it will take its course.
Apparently hot toddys are good - it's a drink with whiskey and honey I'm sure, you could look it up on the net.

But then, I was reading the Metro the other day and it said keeping warm etc will take you longer to get better and makes you more ill and that you're best bet is to always have a window open when you have the cold....

Don't keep me to that - don't want to make you feel worse! x
