Have you sat down and spoken to your Dr and done some research in to your MS and what the possible effects on you could be in the future?

If not, then maybe you and your fella can do it together. You'll learn more about it and both your questions and fears can be answered together. Also it might lead on to conversations about what you'll should such and such happen.

Otherwise perhaps just sit down and talk to him about your fears. I'm sure he'd appreciate your honnesty.

this is how i come to this conclusion...ive been asked to attend a talk...its for people recently diagnosed and their partner... i asked would he come....he duznt seem keen....do you think its because he doesnt want to know....or really because he got a lot on....
I don't know I'm afraid. I don't know either you or your partner.

Perhaps he just isn't one of those people that finds this group type of session helpful or comfortable.

Or maybe he's afraid of what he'll hear too.

I think perhaps a sit down and heart to heart might be in order.

thanks....i will talk again with him....
Good luck, I hope it works out for you.

My aunt has MS and has a very full and active life so try and keep as calm as possible until you have more information. Easy for me to say though I know.

Take care.
