Don't panic ! You have another three or four years of growth left, and you will finf that your body will 'fill out' once your optimum height is reached - that's hwere your food intake is going at the moment. You should beware of any serious changes to diet and exercise while you are growing. I know this doesn't sound much help, but patience, you will get there. Trust me, once you hit rhirty, and yu are trying to keep weight off, you'll look back on these days and wish it was the same! Hope this helps.

Thanks andy,much appreciated
Yes, you may have to be lean and mean a little longer. A healthy diet will gradually allow you to gain weight and muscle.
