Does anyone know about this? How is it treated and can you sort it out yourself?

You maybe able to sort this out yourself, however it has been found that 'talking' therapies are very helpful. Speak to your GP about cognitive behavoural therapy, services vary in each area or contact your local CRUSE support group for the free services they offer, waiting times can be long for both types of help.
Hope this helps.
