I'm trying to shape up for the summer, but I just can't help snacking on crisp and chocolate in between meals. What low fat healthy snacks could I eat instead?

not quite the same as a big bar of chocolate or bag of crisps but why not try some bits of fruit and veg. Apples, orange, pineapple, melon etc

carrots, peppers, cucumber, celery etc with a low fat dip can be very filling.
Fruit and nuts (not the Cadbury's version).
If you can only get the cadbury version, make sure you suck the chocolate off first :)
Or let a size zero supermodel suck it off for you and eat the nuts and raisins yourself.

I never realised that I could get, supermodel, suck and nuts into one sentence on AB. Well done me!
lol, itll probably get banned octavius so make the most of it.
Not much different to the above but I have these three fruits together and it is delicious: grapes, pineapple and strawberries. It doesn't beat chocolate but it comes close. Also, what about Muller Light yoghurts?
Muller light yoghurts are delicious , have you tried snackajacks? You can get chocolate and orange ones , they have little mini chocolate chips in them and they are super filling.

Also if you must have a bag of crisps once in a while go for a lower fat version. Skips , Monster Munch , Squares , Quavers and Wotsits are all a far better choice in calorie terms.
i love the ryvita minis salt n vinegar flavour
Swap normal crisps for quavers as they are only 97 cals or carrot sticks dipped in a pot of hummus are yummy

I find cutting out bread (and therefore butter too) but still eating the other things I like such as crips helps me loose a couple of pounds per week
