Sorry to but in with a random question but does anyone know why I can't call France with dialling code 0033. I have tried keeping the 0 at the start of the actual number, then I left it off. Nothing works. Help urgently needed pls.x

dial 118 505 (international operator) but 00 33 is the right number.

Have you taken the first 0 off the French code, like we do here?
are you at work? or a switchboard? might need 9 to get an outside line.
Ahhhhh if at work, calls abroad may be barred.
