Hi guys my friend is battling a drink problem he has read that a herb called milk thistle will help,hes not drinking at all at the moment and intends to try and keep it up anyone shred any light on this thanx.

Not sure if milk thistle will help stop your friend from drinking but it has been proven to help liver damage caused by alcohol
