Why are there Control Freaks but not submissive freaks or apathetic freaks or shy freaks or impatient freaks etc?

But there are all these other types of freak, and many more besides. A freak is just someone with an abnormal obsession and that can take any form.

there is submissive freaks i had this one girlfriend that didnt care at all no matter what, i think she had low self of steam even tho she was very pretty and nice and stuff. she was just like so happy to be with me, she did whatever. and it took me a while to get her over it, but she did

there are, but they often aren't associated with the name "freaks" just submissive, apathetic or shy.
