Nice one Brando, being one of the aforementioned, I feel a littlebit qualified on this.

About the only accentuated body language you can attribute to Jews, is the shrugging. and even thats been made into a caracature.

Probably the best people to make a study of for body language, are Africans,

However, one example would be---

Lonnie (above) has the answer. Jewish folk have a very agreeable habit of being able to fit in with any society, and becoming virtually invisible, since their body-language is the same as everyone else's.
If they have a behavioural chracteristic it is being law-abiding. Very few Jews in prison - if any.
Suggest you choose another social group, Pink Chick; try the Japanese or Bantu. Failing this, try comparing the body-language of males and females.
I suppose it depends how orthodox.

I've worked for a number of jewish firms and have a large number of jewish friends.

I've always found them very tactile, physically affectionate, hugging and kissing even bosses and man to man. Lots of eye contact.

I've also found they're very warm, open and gentle in body language, very kind and hardly ever overbearing or intimidating. Always very socially conscious as well and always make sure everyone's looked after.
