i have itchy dry skin under my knees right down to ankles,
skin is alright everywhere else, it gets intensely itchy at night especially and i also bruise easily in this area. this happens all year long not just winter, anyone else have same ailment?

can't be bed bugs cos i often sleep naked and no other part of body affected
