A sprain is something that happens to your wrist or your ankle when you get over active and a strain is what the illegal immigrants are on our benefit system, why so confused lol?
a sprain is an injury to a ligament whereas a strain is an injury to the muscles/tendons that attach to your bones (through overstretching or continued strenuous activity).
