is it bad to frequently change the shampoo and conditioner you use? I always go for the offers and swop brands all the time

I read somewhere that its good to change your shampoo and conditioner.
Yeah I heard the same thing that Minxie said!!
Yeah i read that you should regularly change shampoo and conditioner to reduce build up in the hair. Notice how if you use a certain shampoo and conditioner for a while and change to another one you previously liked - your hair goes super soft and shiney again :)
I think your hair gets used to a product and you don't get the same results (if you know what I mean), so it's best to change every so often.
i was told by my hairdresser that companies make products better for special offers - so when you buy them you notice the results, and when you start buying them regularly you dont notice the quality dropping off - dont know if this is an urbn myth or what!
