I have a thyroid level that is on the lower end of normal, as anyone with similar levels managed to increase the level with help of iodine inriched foods. and without medication.

I am on Thyroxine too ~ I have never seen or heard of any research which indicates that medication is not needed for underactive thyroid..

I have been on the medication for a year..energy levels are much better (I am no longer passing out with tiredness) but the weight issue still continues. I am on 100mg per day.
