Hi, Im in huge doubt over the pill and morning after pill. I recently started the contraceptive pill, cilest. After taking 4, I missed 2 pills in a row and since Iv had 10 pills including today which is sunday 18th june 2006. But 4 days ago I had the morning after pill to be on the safe side because the condom broke and I hadn't finished my 7 days yet. Does this mean Im covered from now on or should I still use another type of contraception til I finish my packet. Please help, Im new to all this. Thx you

have you got a little leaflet in your pill packet? that should contain alot of info on this, or ring that NHS helpline, I think the rules vary depending on which type of pill you have, and I wouldnt want to advise you on the basis of how mine works in case it isnt the same.

yes I do, but it doesn't have much, it just says to keep taking the pill at the normal hour. I even read the morning after pill leaflet which didnt help that much. But thx u for ur help. I just want to know if im covered and missing the pill for two days or taking the morning after pill affected this.
