Hi

Does anyone know of a dental plan that would cover pre-existing conditions/or does not have a qualifying period for treatment?

Hi Jennifer

Have just noticed your question. Have you considered WHA (WELSH HOSPITALS ASSOCIATION) Insurance? You dont have to be Welsh or even live in Wales. Pre-existing conditions are fine. Qualifying period is only 3 months. The beauty of this one is that it doesnt just cover dental treatment, it also covers you for spectacles, or visits to hospital as an outpatient, if youre in hospital, it covers if you visit a chiropractor, osteopath, and lots more. How much you can claim depends on how much you pay per
month. eg we are on the middle price band. We pay 20 per month and it covers myself, my husband and my son for up to 100 each in any two year period for dental treatment, and the same for optical (as well as, not instead of). We have been with them for ages. Their telephone number is 02920 485461 if you want to ask them for an information pack
