Has anybody tried these for things like phobias or relationship problems, and if so did you find them of any use ????

I use a hypnotherapy cd for relaxation and it works wonders. Its called "Relieve Stress and Anxiety" by Barrie Konicov. You can Google him lady-p-g. I've tried others but none are as good as Barrie's:--)
