I have sensitive feet and my heels ache a lot, especially in the morning. Are foot spas any good?

i am exactly the same pimlico, get yourself a good chiropodist and you wont beleive how great your feet feel afterwards. i also use parafin wax treatments on my feet which really help too. i think foot spas are good too, anything that can relieve tired feet is a bonus!!

Yes, they are good if you can be bothered to get them out of the cupboard under the stairs, fill them up, empty, dry......you get the picture...

I much prefer the wooden roller thingy with bits on from the Bodyshop and find it absolutely brilliant. It comes in a little bag if you want to pop it in your handbag. Failing that bellasasha's advice of seeing a chiropodist is excellent.

foot spas are always good. It provide relaxation and improves your skin flow.
