Why is it that when you're freezing cold, you shiver a bit, but you end up shaking more when you finally get somewhere warm?

you shiver to warm up it's the bodys way you shiver more in the warm as your body is working harder to adabt to the climate change. basically it's the bodies way of pumping blood around the system
