I had a stomach bug on Saturday which I'm recovering from but not 100% getting stomach cramps. Do I call the Dr it continuous this week?

Talk to your mum about it.  She knows you best.

Try talking to your pharmacist first - probably quicker than trying to get a doctors appointment

i'd leave it a week.  are you managing to eat and drink?

Yes be fine eating and drinking

Leave it for a couple of days, plenty of water, then see pharmacist.  Alcohol not a good idea.

If you had to cancel your date for Saturday I'd not rearrange it for before the end of the week as these things can hang around a few days.

I haven't yet but will be ok

Pharmacist consultation is a good idea (or try NHS help line https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/urgent-and-emergency-care-services/when-to-use-111/   )

No, a bout of Noro (or similar to what you had) often lasts for 4 days at least. You have to sit it out, drink plenty of fluids, take painkillers if needed and possibly replacement for lost minerals with Dioralyte or similar from the chemist. What to do you expect the doctor to say after just 48 hours or so??
