especially when you are on short of money? I have 3 meals per day and it consists of Corn Flakes with 500 ml of Soymilk only.

Not sure about corn flakes but I can finish 1.2 kg in 4 days.
Eat them with blue top full fat instead, you’ll soon pork up.
Lucky you if you haven't gained weight eating this sugar laden cereal. I o my have to look at bowl & bam!!! A stone on my hips.

There's not much nutrition in corn flakes. A lot of cereals are fortified...the vitamins and minerals are taken out when processed...then added back in again.
Get yourself a turkey leg...cheap, huge, lots of meat...and a slow cooker if you haven't already got one. Eat eggs...also cheap and very nutritious.
How much money do you have to spend. Lots of guides on the internet about budgeting. Also look at Jack Monroe...She's got a blog and books on eating very cheaply. All from her own experience.

Turkey leg? Unfortunately I dont have a fridge and I dont wanna walk. Otherwise, I lose calories. 3 Calories matters. I have two choices Boiled Eggs with Spuds or Soymilk with Cornflakes.

Maybe try upgrading from fortified to fiftified.
You can buy lard 250 grams for 29p Spread it on white bread , yes you can toast it thats ok, and sit back and wait for the pounds to appear, well that or you may have a heart attack.
As the OP said on another thread, we in AB must be sick...as to cthe question of cereal, I don't think so, or as to weight gain, but where is my British Airways brown bag, just in case?
