I have a 'made to measure' mouth guard from my dentist due to Bruxism. I have been wearing it since Friday and it doesn't bother me, which I thought it would. Unfortunately, my jaw is now very tender to the touch. Anyone had similar problems? I'm hoping it will calm down.

You're supposed to take the guard out sometimes !

I suspect your jaw pain is unrelated. If it persists tell your dentist.

Ha ha Old Geezer, I didn't word it correctly, yes only wearing it at night. I will contact my dentist soon but just wondered if anyone else has had this problem
Perhaps give your jaw a rest, then reintroduce it every other night for a while.
