Reason To Be Cheerful Today

The rain has stopped , it’s a gloriously sunny day and the autumn leaves are turning red and gold, got a steak casserole in the slow cooker which smells delicious ,,,,and my deep pink hair is now a pale pink, happy me
Have you any reasons to be cheerful?

Yes -its our 30th wedding anniversary today. :-)

How time flies!! No honeymoon for us - We were caring for my grandmother as she had been ill so had to put it off for a year. We eventually got to Cala Caldana in Menorca for 2 weeks which was lovely.

It has been cooler today and the evening sun is good. I have just been for a pint in my local next door and they had a nice log fire going, the first of the season.

My main reason to be cheerful today is a phone call from the cancer consultant, telling me that my recent blood test showed my PSA level is continuing to stay nice and low. (It's 0.46 for those who understand these things). So you lot might all have to put up with me for a little bit longer ;-)
