I get constant headaches and toothace pain and jaw pain and sinus and inside cheek pain and was told by dr its tmj. But cant stop it after looking all over net

You need a diagnosis first and from your post, one is not apparent. Ask your GP for a referral to an ENT Consultant.

I have had a diognosis from consultant, that my ball is out socket i.e TMJ
But nothings working like on the websites above.
OK we are getting there.
What did the Consultant advice?
Is the pain your main problem? Does the pain come an go or is it there all the time?
Does your TM joint dislocate?
What painkillers have you been advised to take?
