If someone diabetic gets a liver and kidney failure, can their blood sugar still increase and go into a coma if they forget to take their insulin injection and/or eat too much sugar?

Liver disease is not a complication of Type 2 diabetes but kidney disease is not an uncommon complication.

Depending upon a poorly controlled type 2 diabetes, then not taking one's Insulin or exceeding one's carbohydrate intake, if left untreated or unrecognised then one could go into diabetic coma........but this would be extremely unusual.

The same applies to Type1 diabetic.

The only situation that might send a diabetic into coma would be as severe infection e.g pneumonia.

You ask an u usual question and I wonder if you have a specific case in mind?
My brother was diagnosed with diabetes when he became ill, fell unconscious and went in to a coma whilst at work. He didn't have pneumonia or any other problem, it was found he had DKA.
But to answer the question, liver and/or kidney failure would not prevent somebody with poorly controlled diabetes going in to a coma. He still needs insulin and watch his diet
I am not sure if you forget to take your insulin injection that's the cause of kidney failure but in one thing I am a little bit sure about if you eat too much sugar then your kidney was failing. Because my uncle has a diabetic patient and they have chronic kidney disease in 4 stages. For recovering our health he spent too much money but he can't. One day someone has told me about the Ayurveda treatment. He said one of his knows has 5 stages of CKD he tries ayurvedic treatment. Now he tries to recover our health. After that my uncle has trying Ayurveda treatment for chronic kidney disease. If you want to know that you can visit here. https://chronickidneyfailuretreatment.com
