So i had a previous question on this. About mri injection etc. I got an appointment with the gp and i am being sent for mri. Had an injection too that is not working. He said it is either the rotator cuff or the muscles pulling in the wrong directions. Has anyone on this had one of these problems and what i can do in the meantime as waiting is a while here

What injection did you have? When I had mine done (private) he used ultrasound to guide the injections & injected a load of fluid (saline?) and 2 doses of steroid. It's worked so far - several months.
I tore my rotator cuff a couple of years ago, thankfully not as bad as it could have been. I didn't have any injections, just pain killers and physio, which did help. I learnt to cope, putting clothes on in a certain way etc and it put itself right, took about three months but I get twinges if I overreach behind me.
