Would anybody being on betablockers have a slow heart and slow adrenaline. Cousin has been working so hard like last year going to the gym every day for one hour and not losing one inch. This was for about 2 years. So now she doesn't know how to exercise

Yes, one of the main features of beta blockers is that they slow or may slow, the heart down reducing the effort made by a labouring or struggling heart.

ok - thanks Sqad and so because of her weight she is now suffering from all kinds, I don't know what to advise her, and of course she is an easygoing person herself.

Like I'm not throwing bouquets here. But I lugged a double bed downstairs - scrubbed and scrubbed a stain off, left a paste of soap and hosed it last night. It is dripping at the moment or nearly stopping dripping and so I will trail it upstairs to finish drying later in the day - and I lost nearly 3lbs weight. So it goes to move a bit more does help. I don't know know what to tell my cousin what she should do
Exercise by itself is not an efficient way to lose weight.
Diets don't work in the long term.
Advice your cousin to continue exercise, within her normal limits and capabilities and eat less.
