I have suddenly started getting warts on the joints of some of my fingers.
I have been treating them with wart gel, but today one of them burst and oozed pus, all the skin has fallen away and left a large hole forcwant of a better word.
I have cleaned it covered it in germolene then put a dressing on.
Do I need to do anything else? It’s damn sore

I definitely warts I have 3 of them.
The pharmacist confirmed warts when I got the stuff last week
Warts can get infected particularly if you scratch them forming a pustule whic eventually bursts as in your case.
Leave well alone for 48 hours and it may start to heal BUT, if you feel feverish and unwell then contact your GP.
It may take quite a time for 5he ulcer to heal.
Monitor the situation.

Funny annea Mr MM was just telling me off for not wearing gloves x
Might sound odd - but old medicine was 'bluebell juice' and they are in flower now. My mum used this on some warts and they disappeared after a few weeks. They weren't 'nicked' however.
