I think I have had high blood pressure for some time, but a visit from the paramedics yesterday confirmed it. I really don’t want to go onto drugs for life, so has anybody had any luck with lowering blood pressure through natural means?

Thank you all for the interesting advice. I’m having my blood pressure taken at the doctors on Monday, so I’ll see what she says then.

5 mg of Rampiril, the lowest, keeps me in check, no side reactions....though some good sex works well! Good luck with your test.
