I was having a dream in which I was very angry with someone and was trying to get at them. I fell down in my dream and woke up on the floor at the side of the bed.
I just got back into bed and fell asleep having given my knees, shoulder and cheek bones a rub.

Vagus, the fish pie is a good comfort food idea. Fish, chips and peas tonight though. :-)
You can get rails for the side of the bed for kids. The support slips under the mattress.
Okay Tilly.
