Not my time for getting the vaccine but if a person gets their first dose and it is Pfizer - does it matter what brand the next one is like Moderna (if that's correct)

Public Health England has said that patients should always be given the same brand of vaccine for the second dose as they had for the first dose, other than on '"extremely rare occasions".

Ill tell that to the sister Chris - she is getting her first dose tomorrow
I don't think she need worry JJ, its part of the process to record what the person has been given
yeah I got a lapel sticker
but in fact - I dont think it makes much difference

and if I turned up and Miss Muffett said: sir we only have Monsewer Macrons rejects, I wd still say yup go ahead
a mate of mine's husband who did a vaccine trial was told that if he was called for The Real Thing (he has bad asthma) he could phone the trial people to find out what he had been given (vaccine or placebo) but if it was more than six weeks after he had been vaccinated in the trial then not to worry as he could just take what was offered and should go back when called for second vac regardless of what he had in the trial.
Lol PP.
