Cracking In My Right Ear

Started a couple of days ago. Worse at night.
Anyone else suffer with this ?

Thanks Chris. That's helpful. I've never had a build up of wax in my ears. I think I may ring doctors tomorrow .
Hmm docs aren't that interested in clearing wax these days. That's the state of the NHS (even before the pandemic). You may need to go private.
Yes, I get it from time to time. It sorts itself out. Ears are usually self cleaning but you can get drops from chemist which help. The nurse at my doctors will clear out the wax if its extreme but they prefer not to these days.

Yes, your doctor may well be seeing you - but ear-wax removal may not be done now. Some do, some don't.
(My local Health Centre has two different practices...one will clear ear-wax, the other refers you to a private service - which ain't cheap.)

I don't believe I have a problem with wax. My surgery will see me for all my needs.
It's more likely to be a bit of catarrh in the middle ear/eustachion tube than wax. It might be worse at night because you are laying down and the tubes don`t drain as well as when you are upright.
