It's just fantastic, Margo...despite Covid. Couldn't be happier now that I'm home and Dave has settled in so well. It's easy to make a new life even at our age in a place so genuinely welcoming.
Dave has made more friends than I have and it's my home! He's doing something great for all the kids in the area in a few weeks...more on that later.....x
Pah! Boyish charms indeed.....it's just that I'm not sharing!
That's great news Gness, never been to Ireland but it sounds lovely x
The only ingredients has been proven scientifically to have any measurable anti ageing effects is retinol ( vit A). To be effective it needs to be in prescription strength. All moisturizers will soften , most will plump fine lines for a while. If you want a retinol skin product that is nice to use Holland and Barrett Pure A range is affordable and even my very reactive skin seems ok with it. If it's a present for your other half, be careful. Buying anti ageing cream is a minefield and should be accompanied with the phrase As far as I can see you don't need this, or Christmas relationships might be somewhat strained.
You should come, Margo. It's a wonderful place to holiday even if it does rain now and again.
I am old fashioned and love olay

Thanks all, it is actually for myself, my skin seems to be dry in the morning and suddenly more wrinkly than ever ... most depressing. So something to use “ the night before” is ideal.
Aldi Miracle Cream. Rub it in well at night and use an old pillowcase.

For older skins the Peptide booster & Acacia booster is recommended.
I've heard a lot of good stuff on the Aldi face cream. Must try it!
