Hi there
Any nurses currently with nhs. IV Tramadol can be given over 2 to 3 minutes....but do you give it neat or mix with water for injections or sodium chloride 0.9% supposing it was between 50 and 100mg

I am not a nurse, so take my advice with that in mind.
It doesn't matter how you give it..neat....with water..or with sodium chloride solution, but administer it slowly.
