Are you getting a kitten?
She/he will soon have you wrapped around their little paw.
Enjoy!

No, not a kitten...not sure I want babies at my age. ;0
He's a rescue street cat. So I expect hiding and a bit of grumpiness.
Ooh! Congratulations:-)) which did you get? X
I wish you both a long and happy time together. How lucky you both are. :-)
Lovely news pasta. Lucky moggie.

Pixie...I got Tubby. The second cat had another person interested, and Tubby was described as probably not too bothered if a second cat was to be adopted.
Out now to get some more cat food. ;)
Awww! Congratulations! And best wishes to you both :-) xx
I just know that Tubby is very lucky and am sure you'll get along fine. x
That's lovely. I'm sure, if there are any hiccups, with time and patience you can win him over. He's a lucky moggy.
I am happy for you, a new baby. My first cat was in his teens when I was adopted by him, he was a grumpy old man. He lived here for five years before he died.

You will be fine.
Lucky Tubby, hope you have some lovely times together.
Great news Pasta. Make sure you get as many different makes and flavours as you can because whatever Tubby eats tomorrow, will not suit Tubby on Sunday and ad infinitum;-)
Lucky kitty... XXX
Pasta that's lovely :0)
Lovely! I was the same,(excited and nervous) but no matter what you'll love him. If he does hide when he arrives let him be, he'll eventually come out when he's hungry.
Good news that, pasta. Glad it's a rescue cat, I'm sure that you and he will get along just fine after the grumpy git has gotten used to you ( ie he relises that your the lady that hands out the treats ).
Good luck with your new cat. Hope things work out well.
Has your new adoptee arrived yet pasta?

Pasta, sincerely wish you and your new friend all the very best.

Thanks all.♡♡
The chunky grumpy little git is here...hiding under a chair, as expected. I'll toss dome treats down for him soon...then there's a bit of fresh chicken waiting for him.
