I had test last year for arthritis blood test but they came back ok I do suffer from bad gout but this pain is not gout
I suffer from bulimia so I'm wondering is my body lacking vitamins or minerals
I also have bad kidney disease and I'm not sure if I can take omega-3 fish oil which I would like to take

There is no blood test for osteo arthritis and no 100% test for rheumatoid arthritis, so negative blood tests do not exclude osteoarthritis of which you seem to be suffering and I would suggest that you take Paracetamol further pain and do daily exercises say 30min walk a day.
You could be deficient in vitamins due to your Bulimia it a blood test will sort that out.
What is the cause of you kidney disease?
I am not sure what omega 3 has to offer.
I'm no medic but when I was suffering with painful joints the doctors put me on VitD.
Oh...and it worked.
I would second what Sqad has said, as I suffer badly from osteo arthritis in hips, knees and feet (apart from many other places). It is always more painful in the morning and difficult to get going, but improves for me as the day goes on. The important think is to keep as active as you can and not lounge about (even though you may hurt) As Sqad says, there is no blood test for osteo arthritis, and Rheumatoid arthritis tests can be inconclusive or wrong, but I would advise you to see your GP who can arrange for xrays or scans
which can confirm arthritis so that you can be given the correct medication to ease the pain. Ibuprufen worked well for me, but I am not allowed it any more due to other medical reasons.
