Have you tried Boots sleepeeze Jesmond?
Question Author
Not heard of that one, have you tried it yourself with success?
Nytol One a night, always works.
as a fellow sufferer i have found absolutely zilch to make me sleep, not Nytol or Night Nurse. Someone has suggested Melatonin, which you can buy online... i ain't going down that route to be honest.

Which natural ones have you tried?
luckily i don't have many day commitments, so can cat nap if need be, but that's comes with it's own problems, is that it might impact on sleeping at night. sorry can't be more positive.
Emmie I take double the recommended amount of night nurse ...and yes that is NOT recommended but I take the risk just to sleep.

Saying that tho my sleep has really improved recently abd I haven’t needed any for ages
eve, i take naproxin for my osteoarthritis so not sure like mixing too many drugs, but nodded off last night no problem, only to wake four times in the night.
To answer your Q jesmond
Yes I have tried it when my daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer almost 6 years ago and I did get some relief with it

Sure one was nytol with no success but night nurse could have also been one. Piriton is an unusual suggestion tho
Emmie, why won't you try melatonin? I've heard good things about it over the years.
Though not specifically for sleep, magnesium is useful for relaxation.
I use Natural Calm...available on Amazon. Many reviewers report much better sleep on taking it.

Eve.......

///////Or some chloramphenicol (Piriton)///////

I would ask a mod to remove that as chloramphenicol is an ANTIBIOTIC which could effect the bone marrow, nothing to do with sleep.
You are getting mixed up.. Piriton is chlorphenamine an anthistamine.
eve @ 08.51.....chloramphenicol is an antibiotic.
Piriton actually has chlorphenamine as the active ingredient.
Should type more quickly.....!
Gingejbee....see my post above.
Yes, sqad....that's why I should type more quickly!
ginj...lol.
Côtes du Rhône, always reliable.
