I'm due to do jury service shortly, but I have a problem with dozing off when I am sitting in a warm room listening to people speak such as lectures or seminars, and I am worried that I might have trouble keeping awake if we have to sit for ages listening to boring stuff. Is there anything (legal) that you can get to keep you alert - I do find chewing gum helps when driving.
I did wonder, but would I be able to take it into court with me? And what does it taste like? Suppose there is only one answer to that! I will have to try it. Does it work that quickly? And how long do the effect last - for example if I drunk one before going in would it see me through a couple of hours or more? I find myself blinking and shaking my head and rolling my tongue round my mouth to try to keep awake!
Lankeela, you cannot take drinks into court with you. Thats why I suggested caffeine pills. I believe that jurors are supplied with drinking water while in court.
//Don't think you can take Poppers into court Lankeela. (^_*)//
LOL Togo...
Tried poppers in my younger years just to see what they did. Horrible things, never again!
