For 3 days I’ve felt out of breath, shattered, and one minute I’m hot to the point my skin is wet, then 5 mins later I’m freezing. I can’t keep food down at all - my stomach is heaving all the time. My doctors aren’t seeing anyone and will only talk to me on the phone. I really don’t think it justifies going to hospital and wasting their time so can anyone suggest anything I can try/take??

I’m drinking fluids but I’m not always keeping them down. Am so miserable.

It affects people differently so maybe you could apply for a test to be sure.
Being out of breath is definitely a Covid symptom. See how long you can hold your breath for.
Can you still smell / taste?
Panic attacks?
Have you got any ice? I find ice is very easy to hold down compared to sips of water.
fever is also a covid symptom
The symptom profile is quite variable, smow. This virus can manifest itself in dozens of different ways, because your symptoms are your body's own reaction. Covid is chief suspect here.

Well as Covid is suspected then you need to follow the guidance and you and your family need to isolate
I’d be getting tested if I were you.
Weakness is among the three or four most common symptoms of Covid 19, especially after fever sets in, as is shortness of breath.

That's usually caused by a deviated septum, and is curable with surgery - have you asked your GP about it?

But I then seemed to feel better. This just kicked in on Friday. How do I get tested then? Phone doctors?
