Boris Letters. It Gets Worse!

Just announced on BBC news.
Boris to send a letter to everyone of the 3 million homes in UK explaining
the need for tougher restrictions. At a cost of £5 million.
Is it just me or are there not others that think the man has lost it.
Every home in the UK has a tv. A broadcast on TV would cost nothing.
Is there not something else that the £5 MILLION could be better spent on.
