I had hospital yesterday over my broken fingers which won’t heal. So, instead of surgery they have decided to coax them back into the shape they’re meant to be with personalised moulded splints. Well the pain didn’t kick in till I got home tbh. Im climbing the walls and in tears. The phrase ‘Pulsating pain ‘ couldn’t be more truer. I’ve got soluble co-codamol here and it isn’t even touching it. Can I buy anything stronger.??

I understand it's comforting to get answers on here but really all we can suggest our personal favourites from ibuprofen, aspirin, paracetamol or codeine. Didn't the hospital discuss this with you before you left, surely they knew it was going to hurt?
Meanwhile the suggestions above of speaking to a pharmacist are your best bet. Everyone means well but a packet of supermarket tablets aren't going to help with the pain you describe.
Thats ok smowfall. My doc stopped prescribing ibuprofen and naproxen. They only give co codomol or similar.

which do not touch the pain. Try the ones I mentioned and give us a update xxx
Superdrug Express Ibuprofen Lysine 342mg tablets worked for my gout pain before I got perscription tablets.
