Pouring with rain,heating on , bathed a dirty pooch after her run in the woods earlier, blew dry her very curly coat and now she’s happily lying on her towel and cushion with a hot water bottle under it ,spoilt Cockapoo:0)
Mince , onion and carrots doing nicely in the oven, dumplings made from scratch , just the spuds to peel.

It's really quite nice here.

I might do chicken breasts stuffed with boursin and wrapped in smoked bacon with white wine and tarragon.

Or I might have beans on toast and tell Mr BM he can eat when he goes out.

Servings for three JJ
OH,son in law and grandson, me and my daughter are doing SW just now, I use
400 of SR flour
150 of beef suet
Salt and pepper
A medium leek
Mix in a large bowl with carbonated water, makes them fluffier,divide into 6 ‘ man size’ portions, drop into mince till they’re crispy and brown

They’re having butter chicken naanwiches and I’ll have a bacon chop, some sort of cheesey potato cake things and roast tomatoes. As it’s Friday it’s ice cream for treat so we’re having Crunchie blasts.

She’s just turned her poodle nose up at a bone OH fetched her from our local butchers TC, I’d heard they are good to clean their teeth ,instead I’m paying £25 to have them brushed and descaled with her groomer
( she might well have a dump after that, haha )
