Hi all,
After my hysteroscopy 3 weeks ago, a biopsy was sent off and unfortunately, it came back as endometrial cancer. I go into hospital early tomorrow morning for total hysterectomy.
One positive thing, I've been told it's a slow growing cancer, and provided it hasn't reached the wall of the womb, I should be ok. If it has, then I will have to have radiation treatment. I'm a little numb at the moment but feeling positive. Please wish me luck x

Of course you're numb, it's a shock - however with a slow growing cancer caught early the prompt treatment you're getting puts you in a very good position of a full recovery.

I shall have you in my thoughts and send positivity Patsy. ♥
