Since my riding accident and I still have swelling on my lower spine and painful ribs.
How long do I leave it before going back to the Gp?
Thanks

Is it getting better?

Well in the fact that I no longer hurt when breathing, but turning in bed bending down lifting etc is still painful, also the swelling feels as big as ever
Ok so still painful but is it still as painful? Not to cheer you down or anything but years ago I bumped down a flight of 4 steps on my coccyx and it took months for the pain to go entirely

Lol thanks woof I just feel that I’m living on a diet of painkillers
Same as Woof, when I hurt my back (I think I sent you the pics) it took months to heal properly. The pain was gone way before the lump went down.

So in other words be patient!!
I think at this rate it will be August before I ride again!!
Yes, I'm afraid. Go back to the GP if it gets any worse.

We're not getting any younger :-(
We don't bounce any more when we fall off do we Rockrose? :-((
If it is your coccyx - takes a very long time to heal.

Are you off work with it?
Hurt my back/coccyx area a couple of weeks ago, still painful this post has really cheered me up!

Just as well I'm not on court with Serena this afternoon.
