I don't know why one would combine Naproxen with Aspirin,but yes you can.....providing that you take them at least 6 hours apart.
I would rather combine Naproxen with Paracetamol personally.

The reason she takes naproxen is for inflammation, and the asprin for thinning the blood
Ah! that is a small dose Aspirin 75 mgms, then that is no big deal, she can take them both together and at the same time.
I though that she was taking them both for pain.
